By commissioning me for custom artwork or using any of my copyrighted material, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below. Under no circumstances can my TOS be overwritten unless we've agreed otherwise.
Breaking my TOS may lead to:
- Blocking & reporting
- Blacklisted from purchasing anything else from me
- Revoking a design or cancelling a commission
- Legal action may be taken if I feel like my TOS have been infringed severely.
You may not claim my artwork as your own. Commissioned pieces may be used for personal use only and in any non-comercial way: profile pictures, wallpapers, prints for own personal use, etc. Feel free to repost the finished piece to your socials, with visible credit to any of my sites!
- Never use my work for harmful propaganda/messages.
- Never claim my art as your own.
- You may edit / trace personal art for practice / headcanons / edits / memes as long as i'm given visible credit. However, please don't edit my art for NSFW.
- Please avoid reposting my art without any editing done to it(If it's something I made for you hoewever, feel free to do so! Just credit me somewhere.)
- Never monetize or profit off my art. (ex: selling merch, tracing to resell it as ych's etc...)
- My artwork CANNOT be use for NFT or Ai generators

2. Payment
Payment through Roblox(Robux)
- Payment is expected in 48 hours unless discussed.
- Payment must be paid upfront. Don’t send money without my approval first.
- A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Refund is not possible after work begins
- I have a right to not finish a commission if I really need to. I'll give a refund.
- I have the rights to stop a commission if the client doesn't send payment, details (such as references) in a certain amount of time. Ghosting / Ignoring messages when I ask for information may also lead to the commission being stopped.
- Inappropriate/aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Should this or a breach of the Terms of Service occur, I may stop or cancel the commission.
4. Revisions
- One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.
- A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
- I won't change the pose of the drawing if you don't ask for a specific one from the beginning.
- Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.
- Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
- Revisions due to my ignorance on a certain topic are also free.
- Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
